In 2020 I took the following Pledge to not participate in male-only panels:

“At a public conference I won’t serve on a panel of two people or more unless there is at least one woman on the panel, not including the Chair.”

In a global industry, where many (if not most) flex spaces & communities are run or led by inspiring women, it’s simply unacceptable that more of their voices, stories & faces are not heard or seen.
